Personal data
We handle personal data in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019. What we collect, where it is stored, how long we keep it and who can see it is agreed with you in writing.
Hosting, backups and patching
Our software licences include hosting, backups, security patching and version upgrades. Where your policy requires it, LendRange can run on your own infrastructure.
AI with a human decision
AI reads documents, flags photo evidence and suggests credit scores with written reasons. A valuer, credit officer or manager makes the final decision, and every AI output can be checked.
Payments and messaging
M-Pesa Daraja and the WhatsApp Business platform are connected and tested end to end against your own accounts before go-live.
Third parties
Credit bureaus, SMS and cloud providers charge their own fees and have their own terms. We tell you which ones are involved before you commit.
